How It Works

  1. Choose a Card Value: Pick the farm card level that fits your budget and needs.

  2. Purchase: You can purchase your farm card online, in person at the Westford Farmers Market, or contact us to purchase at the farm.

  3. Redeem for Fresh Farm Goods: Use your card at our Farm Stand or at our Westford Farmers Market booth to redeem value toward organic produce and pasture-raised meat.

  4. Enjoy the Harvest!

Our farm card program provides early season support to our farm as we grow food for you and our community, while providing a substantial discount to you when you buy from our farm. The farm card allows you to support your local farm and purchase the food you want, when you want it!

Farm card levels:

Purchase before May 1st 2026 to get the best discount.

  • $100 gets you a $110 farm card (10% discount)

  • $200 gets you a $225 farm card (12.5% discount)

  • $300 gets you a $340 farm card (13% discount)

  • $400 gets you a $455 farm card (14% discount)

Farm cards do not expire, and can be recharged with additional funds. After May 1st, a 10% discount applies to all levels. When you support Rocky Hill Farm with a farm card purchase, you will receive periodic updates from the farm.

We are proud to partner with NOFA-VT to ensure everyone in our community has access to fresh, healthy food. We’re committed to nourishing our community and enhancing food equity across Vermont.

Reduced-Cost Shares:
Rocky Hill Farm offers discounted farm shares for low-income families through the NOFA-VT farm share program. This initiative helps make local food affordable and accessible to all.

Our farm participates in the NOFA-VT Farm Share Program. This program subsidizes our Farm Share Cards for our neighbors who otherwise could not afford to purchase one. Through the program, NOFA-VT will match each dollar that our farm raises to offer a discount to Vermonters needing financial assistance.
